Most project costs can be included in the monthly Lease Purchase Rate, and because your modular building can be considered equipment, it depreciates over a shorter term allowing for greater tax benefits than a conventionally built structure.

A second leasing option is the MDT Operating Lease, which allows you to pay a lower monthly payment, and may or may not offer a buy out at the end of the lease.

Available to state and local government agencies, MDT provides a Municipal Lease. This tax free lease, usually 3 to 7 years in duration, provides simple lease payments, which include all project costs and finance charges.
