| Choose MDT's Lease Purchase and secure the option to purchase your MDT building at the end of the lease, reducing your capital expenditures. Most project costs can be included in the monthly Lease Purchase Rate, and because your modular building can be considered equipment, it depreciates over a shorter term allowing for greater tax benefits than a conventionally built structure.
A second leasing option is the MDT Operating Lease, which allows you to pay a lower monthly payment, and may or may not offer a buy out at the end of the lease.
Available to state and local government agencies, MDT provides a Municipal Lease. This tax free lease, usually 3 to 7 years in duration, provides simple lease payments, which include all project costs and finance charges.
An alternative to leasing, the MDT Outright Purchase gives you the opportunity to re-sell separately from the land upon which it is located. And, because you've built modular your building can completely and easily, be re-located.
